| 摘 要： | 目的探讨依达拉奉联合纳洛酮治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病（DEACMP）的临床疗效。方法 68例DEACMP患者随机分为联合治疗组及对照组各34例。联合治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用依达拉奉30 mg/次,2次/d静滴,纳洛酮注射液2 mg/次,1次/d,静滴;对照组在常规治疗基础上加用纳洛酮注射液2 mg/次,1次/d,静滴,疗程均为15 d。治疗后评价各组临床疗效。结果联合治疗组总有效率91.2%,对照组总有效率73.5%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;联合治疗组治疗后HDS评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,P300潜伏期明显缩短（P〈0.05）。结论依达拉奉联合纳洛酮治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病疗效良好,值得临床推广。
