| 摘 要： | 目的观察淋巴细胞免疫治疗封闭抗体不足习惯性流产患者的效果。方法对36例封闭抗体阴性习惯性流产患者进行淋巴细胞免疫治疗。结果 36例患者在接受3个疗程的免疫治疗后,封闭抗体共转为阳性30例（83.3%）,与治疗前比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。其中32例再次妊娠,3例再次发生早中期流产,妊娠时间维持到28~32周者共2例,32~36＋6周21例,足月分娩活婴6例,妊娠总成功率80.6%。结论淋巴细胞免疫是一种治疗封闭抗体不足习惯性流产之有效、安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the results of 36 cases repetitive spontaneous abortion patients with lack of blocking antibodies receiving immunotherapy.Methods 36 cases of repetitive spontaneous blocking antibody-negative patients for immunotherapy were analyzed.Results 36 patients receiving 3 courses of immunization treatment,a total of blocking antibodies became positive in 30 cases(83.3%),compared with before treatment was significantly(P<0.01).The total pregnancy success rate was 80.6%.Conclusion Treatment o... |
