| 摘 要： | 平均住院日是评价医院效率、医疗质量、管理水平的综合指标之一。为充分利用医疗资源,降低患者住院的总体医疗费用,缓解三甲医院看病难、看病贵的问题,缩短平均住院日是有效途径之一。找出影响医院平均住院日的主要因素,深入研究并提出对策,以便采取科学合理的措施,在确保医疗质量和医疗安全的同时,有效缩短平均住院日,提高医院的社会效益和经济效益。
