| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纵隔子宫的诊断方法及宫腔镜下纵隔子宫切除术（TCRS）的临床效果。方法对30例纵隔子宫患者的诊断及治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果 30例患者经阴道超声检查诊断准确率为81.7%,宫腔镜诊断准确率为100%。TCRS术均一次完成,无并发症发生,平均术时39 min,术中平均出血8.5 ml。随访12~36个月,23例已妊娠,20例足月分娩,1例早产,2例流产。结论经阴道超声检查子宫纵隔是一种无创性且准确率高的诊断方法,可作为首选,宫腔镜可作为确诊手段。TCRS手术时间短,出血少,预后好,推荐为治疗子宫纵隔的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore diagnosis of septate uterus and the clinical results of hysteroscopic uterine septum resection(TCRS).Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 30 patients with septate uterus were retrospectively analyzed.Results The accuracy of septate uterus was 81.7% by TVS and 100% by Hysteroscopy.The average operation time was 39 min.The mean blood loss was 8.5 ml.Followed up for 12 to 36 months,23 patients was pregnant,including 20 cases of term delivery,1 premature delivery and 2 cases of abortion.C... |
