TSG101蛋白表达与胃癌转移关系研究

目的:研究肿瘤易感基因101(tumor susceptibility gene 101,TSG101)在原发性胃癌、癌旁及其对应转移灶中表达情况,及与胃癌临床参数特别是转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测TSG101蛋白在67例原发性胃癌组织、癌旁及其中28例转移灶中表达情况,分析其在转移及非转移性胃癌原发灶中表达水平的差异与患者临床病理资料的相关性,并分析其在所有67例原发灶与28例转移灶表达水平的差异。结果:TSG101在胃癌组织阳性表达率高于其对应癌旁组织(P<0.05);在原发灶中阳性表达率与其分化及转移呈正相关(P<0.05),而与性别及分期间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在转移灶中阳性表达率高于原发灶(P<0.05)。结论:TSG101在胃癌组织中表达水平与胃癌分化及转移呈正相关,提示可能在胃癌转移过程中起着重要的作用。

TSG101 protein expression correlated with the metastasis of gastric cancer

Objective:To detect the expression of TSG101 in primary gastric cancer and analyze its relation with the clinical data of gastric cancer patients.Methods: Immunohistochemical assay was performed to detect the expression of TSG101 in 67 primary gastric cancer tissues,matched adjacent nontumor tissues and 28 metastatic tissues,and analyze its expression difference between clinical data including gender,differentiation,stage especially metastasis in gastric cancer.Results: TSG101 presented a significantly higher expression rate in total primary tumor tissues than it in matched noncancerous tissues(P< 0.05).Its expression rate was positively associated with differentiation and metastasis(P< 0.05),but not TNM grade or gender(P> 0.05).With regarding to metastasis,the positive rate was significantly higher in metastasis than it in total primary cancer tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion: The expression of TSG101 was positively correlated with the differentiation and metastasis of gastric cancer,indicating that TSG101 may play significant roles in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer metastasis.
