| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频电波刀（LEEP）联合医用壳聚糖创面修复膜（苏肤）促进宫颈手术创面愈合的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院经妇科门诊检查诊断为宫颈病变的466例患者经LEEP联合苏肤治疗后的临床资料,观察术后创面愈合情况,阴道出血、排液的量和时间以及宫颈粘连发生率。结果 LEEP联合苏肤治疗,不仅减少了术后阴道出血及排液量,缩短了出血、排液时间,加速了创面愈合,同时也明显减轻了宫颈并发症的发生率。结论 LEEP联合医用壳聚糖创面修复膜治疗宫颈病变值得临床推广。
