| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前部玻璃体切割在预防儿童先天性白内障术后出现后发障中的作用。方法对31例（52只眼）的儿童先天性白内障施行超声乳化加后囊膜撕开加前部玻璃体切割术,观察6~24周。结果观察随访过程中,2例（3眼）发生轻度后发障,无须特殊处理,后发障的发生率低。结论前部玻璃体切割术在预防儿童先天性白内障术后后发障的发生中具有明显的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of anterior vitrectomy in congenital cataract.Methods 31 cases(52 eyes) underwent posterior continuous circular capsulorhexis and anterior vitrectomy after phacoemulsification in some eyes.Results The postoperative complicatioins of posterior capsular opacity(PCO) occurred in 3 eyes.Conclusion Anterior vitrectomy was a effective method to prohibit posterior capsular opacity in congenital cataract. |
