一例马凡综合征患者全主动脉置换术后的监护体会

目的介绍马凡综合征患者在多次主动脉置换后行全主动脉置换术术后监护措施，总结其监护经验。方法对此例患者术后进行严密的监护，包括对中枢神经系统、延髓及四肢功能的监护；循环系统监护；呼吸系统监护；体温监护；肾功能监护；胃肠功能监护；感染监护及心理护理等。结果通过合理精确的术后监护，此患者未出现严重并发症，顺利转出ICU，愈后良好。结论术后加强严密监护是提高手术成功率及患者生存率的重要措施。

Conclusion Postoperative care is the important measures to improve the success rate and survival of the patient.
