恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)对小儿恶性肿瘤的诊断价值

目的　探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)在小儿恶性实体瘤诊断中的临床意义。方法　对正常组(1 68例 )、良性肿瘤组 (32例 )、恶性肿瘤组 (51例 )及感染组 (31例 )血清中TSGF的浓度分别进行检测。结果　恶性肿瘤组病儿血清中TSGF浓度与正常组比较明显升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,良性肿瘤组与正常组比较无差异性。感染组病儿在治疗前血清中TSGF浓度与正常组比较也有升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,但治疗后 2周血清中TSGF浓度会下降至正常范围内。以60U/ml为正常参考值 ,则诊断灵敏度为 88%、特异性为 89%。结论　TSGF对小儿恶性实体瘤有诊断意义 ,具有很高的特异性、敏感性和广谱性。炎症对TSGF有很强的干扰性 ,当使用TSGF作为恶性肿瘤诊断时 ,应排除炎症因素

Role of tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) in diagnosing malignant massive tumor in children

Objective To investigate the role of TSGF in diagnosing malignant massive tumor in children.Methods The level of TSGF in serum was measured in 168 cases of normal controls,32 cases of benign tumor,31 cases of acute infection and 51 cases of malignant massive tumor.Results The level of TSGF in serum of malignant tumor was significantly higher than that in the normal controls(P<0.01).There was no significant correlation between the benign tumor and the nromal group(P>0.01).The level in infectious group was higher than that in the normal controls before the treatment (P<0.01),but after two weeks of treatment,they were decreased to normal range(P>0.01).The diagnostic sensitivity of TSGF was 88%;the diagnostic specificity was 89%.Conclusion Measurement of TSGF in serum can be used in diagnosing infantile malignant massive tumor.And it has the charateristics of highly sensitive?specific and broad spectum. Acute infection should be considered in diagnosing the malignant tumor by TSGF.
