| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究糖尿病患者甲状腺激素的改变 ;方法 :对我院 1 0 0例糖尿病患者TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4水平进行分析 ;结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,血清TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4均下降 ,其中有并发症者存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5) ;结论 :糖尿病患者甲状腺激素的改变与其病情严重程度及预后有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes on thyroid hormone in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of subjects were designed, 100 cases with diabetes, no express of thyroid diseases (40 males,60 females, mean aged 50.2 years) in the test group,50 healthy adults (30 males,20 females, mean aged 52 years ) in control group. The serum level of TT 3,TT 4,FT 3,FT 4 were measured in both the test and control group.Results:The serum level of TT 3,TT 4,FT 3,FT 4 were decreased in the test group compared with those in control group.Conclusion:The changes on level of thyroid hormone associate with the serious condition of diabetes and affect the prognosis of patients with diabetes. |
