| 摘 要： | 茵陈蒿汤由茵陈蒿、山栀、大黄三种药材组成，具有清热、祛湿、利胆、退黄等作用，主要化学成分有黄酮类、有机酸、蒽醌类、萜苞类、鞣质类等，其中茵陈酮、茵陈素等为发挥利胆退黄功效的主要成分。临床较多的将茵陈蒿汤用于黄疸、慢性乙型肝炎等疾病的治疗，不仅如此茵陈蒿汤的其他作用也广泛地应用于l临床，彰显出广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Artemisia capillaris decoction is made up of artemisia capillaris, gardenia and rhubarb, and has the effect of clearing heat and damp, benefiting bile and relieving jaundice symptom, and its main chemical components are flavonoids, organic acid, anthraquinone, terpene bracts, tannin, ete, and the main components of benefiting bile and relieving jaundice symptom are capillary artemisia ketone and eapillarin. Artemisia eapillaris decoction is applied in jaundice chronic hepatitis and other diseases＇ clinical treatment, and its other effects are widely used in clinical fields, and shows wide application prospect. |
