藏大临床本科医学实习生对临床带教老师需求的调查

目的更好地了解临床实习生对于带教老师的需求，充分调动实习生的积极性，更好地发挥带教老师的作用，提高教学质量，为改善临床实习氛围，取得更好的实习效果提供理论依据。方法抽取西藏大学医学院2007～2009级临床本科班192名临床实（见）习生。采用自行设计的问卷进行调查，运用19．0版本SPSS统计软件包对问卷结果进行汇总分析。结果大多数同学对带教老师的要求是：学历为硕士以上；工作年限多希望为10年以上；有较强的时间观念：说话语气随和、常用师生互动形式、带教内容新颖前沿等。结论临床实习生需要有较高学历、有一定工作经验、耐心的带教老师执行带教工作。

The investigation about the requirement of clinical teachers for clinical interns in Tibet university

Objective To better understand the clinical intern about the clinical teachers＇ requirement, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the interns, better play the role of teachers, improving teaching quality, improving clinical internship atmosphere, better internship, In order to obtain a better practice effect to provide a theoretical basis. Methods Extraction Tibet University School of Medicine 2007-2009 level clinical undergraduate classes a total of 192 clinical Interns（Trainees）. A self-designed questionnaire to investigate, using the 19.0 version of SPSS statistical package pooled analysis of the questionnaire results. Results The requirement for majority of students is that the teachers with degree of master and above,work experience more than ten years, a strong sense of time,easygoing speaking tone, innovative and forefront teaching content, and taking the forms of interation between teachers and students. Conclusion Clinical interns need teachers with a higher education background, working experience,and patience.
