摘    要:内皮细胞衔化舒张因子EDRF是近年来生物医学领域的研究热点,涉及生理学,生物化学,分子生物学等多种学科。研究证明NO在循环,呼吸,免疫,内分泌等多系统中发挥重要作用。本文对NO的化学性质和生物合成,NO在专血管,神经,免疫系统的主要生物学效应,与NO合成异常有关的疾病予以综述。

Abstract:In recent years, as an endothelium - derived relaxing factor (EDRF), nitrogen monoxide (NO) is a heat point of study in Medicine fields. A number of subjects such as Physiology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology are involved. It has been verified that No may play an impetant role in circulation, respira tion, immunization and endocrinium, This paper intreduced the Chemical properties and Biological synthesis of NO, and the main Biofogical effects in cardiovascular, nervous and immunity systems and some diseases related to the abnormal synthesis of NO.
