| 摘 要： | 目的：观察治疗性全结膜囊羊膜接触镜在结膜囊成形术后应用的临床效果。方法：15例（15眼）无眼球结膜囊狭窄患者在行结膜囊成形术后置入治疗性全结膜羊膜接触镜。结果：术后随访12月以上,15例（15眼）患者均能安装义眼,双眼对称,外观美观。结论：结膜囊成形术后在结膜囊内置入治疗性全结膜囊羊膜接触镜能提高无眼球结膜囊成形术成功率,术后均能安装合适义眼,外观满意。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of reconstructing anophthalmia conjunctival sac with full conjunctival fornix therapeutic contact lens（FCTCL）.Method：Fifteen cases（fifteen eyes）suffered conjunctival sac constrictions were inserted FCTCL after reconstructing surgery.Result：All patients were able to wear an ocular prosthesis comfortably.Cosmesis was acceptable.No secondary infection and rejection were presented in twelve months of follow up.Conclusion：Reconstructing anophthalmia conjunctival sac with FCTCL is a valuable method for the patients with conjunctival sac constriction. |
