吸氧湿化瓶的消毒及其湿化液微生物污染调查

摘    要:对上海市各区(县)部分医院吸氧装置湿化瓶中湿化液检测393份样本。其中,非一次使用性与一次使用性湿化瓶中湿化液细菌总数>100cfu/ml、污染霉菌或绿脓杆菌者分别占5895%(214/363)与8000%(24/30)。湿化液污染微生物程度随湿化瓶连续使用时间延长而加剧。

Abstract:393 samples of humidifying fluid taken from humidifying bottles of oxygen inhalation devices of some hospitals in various districts (counties) of Shanghai City were examined The results showed that the total bacterial count was >100 cfu/ml and the contamination rates of fungi and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 58 95% (214/363) and 80 00% (24/30) respectively The degree of microbial contamination of humidifying fluid increased with increasing time of continuous use of the humidifying bottle
