| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨分化型甲状腺癌根治术的最佳手术切口。方法：回顾性分析1989-2001年110例分化型甲状腺癌根治术应用低位长领状切口的手术效果。结果：110例分化型甲状腺癌根治术无手术死亡及与手术有关的并发症，术后3例局部复发，经再次手术治愈。5a及10a生存率均为100%。结论：低位长领状切口较为隐蔽，兼顾了功能与美容，有利于提高术后生活质量。

| Abstract: | Aim: To study the optimum incision in radical operation of differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Methods: A retrospective study was carried out to evaluate the effect of long low collar incision which was applied in radical operation on 110 patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma from 1989 to 2001. Results: There was no mortality or complications during operation. Three patients were performed lymph nodes dissection because of local recurrence. The survival rates of 5 and 10 years were 100%. Conclusion: The long low collar incision is the optimum incision in radical operation of differentiated thyroid carcinoma, which can improve the living quality of patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma. |
