| 摘 要： | 以3种自由基体系诱导的红细胞膜脂质过氧化为模型,测定金钱草提取物对脂质过氧化的抑制作用。结果表明:提取物对黄嘌呤—黄嘌呤氧化酶系统、H2O2及UV照射3种方法引起的细胞膜脂质过氧化均有抑制作用,其作用呈剂量依赖性。提示金钱草提取物对自由基引起的细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the protective effect of extract of Lysimachina christinae against lipid peroxidation damage of erythrocyte membrane.Method:Eerythrocyte membrane was exposed to three radicals generation systems,the inhibition of the extract on lipid peroxidation was determined.Result:The extract dose-dependently inhibited the increases of lipid peroxidation content in the membrane exprosed to xanthine-xanthine oxidase system,H2O2 or UV light.Conclusion:The extract may protect erythrocyte membrane from the lipid peroxidation damage induced by radicals. |
