| 摘 要： | 沂水县中小学生月经初潮平均年龄城镇与乡村分别为13. 19岁和14. 08岁(中位数),首次遗精平均年龄分别为15. 04和15. 56岁(中位数)。初潮以夏、春季为多,首次遗精均以春季为多。同年龄组已来月经女生及首次遗精男生的身高、体重显著高于未来月经和未发生遗精学生(P<0. 01) 。第二性征出现顺序:女生依次是乳房、阴毛、腋毛;男生是喉结、阴毛、音变、腋毛。

| Abstract: | The average age of primary and middle school students at menarche is13. 19 in town and 14. 08 in countryside respectively.The average age atfirst nocturnal emission is 15. 04 and 15. 59 respectively.The menarchehappens more often in summer and in spring and emission more often inspring.The development level in height and weight of those girls(orboys)who have had the menarche(or emission)appeared heigher thanthose who still have not had menarche(or emission)at the same age(P<0. 01) .Their secondary sex character are as follows:girls firsthave breast,then pubic hair and axillary hair;boys first have laryngealnode,then pubic hair,break of veice and axillary hair. |
