多角度内窥镜经椎板间治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的：探讨多角度内窥镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：回顾分析306例采用（德国STOZE公司生产）多角度内窥镜治疗腰椎间盘突出的患者，利用SPSSl3．0软件分别比较术前、出院时、术后3个月、末次随访的VAS评分。按Nakai标准将患者出院前、术后3月、末次随访时的疗效按优、良、可、差四级。结果：术前、出院时、术后3个月、末次随访的VAS评分分别为7．9±1．6、2．9±1．4、1．9±1．9、2．4±1．5。术前与术后出院前、术后3月、末次随访的VAS评分差异具有显著性（P〈0．05），术后三次随访VAs评分差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。术后末次随访时疗效：优247、良36、可20、差3，优良率92．5％。结论：多角度内窥镜是治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效的方法，但要注意手术操作技巧和适应症的选择。

Crue of multi--angle arthoscop in the treatment of lumber intervertebral disc herniation

Objection：To study the crue of multi--angle arthoscop in the treatment of lumber intervertebral disc herniation. Methods：A 306 patients with lumber intervertebral dics herniation were retrospectively. Analyzed（Germany stoze comporation）. Comparision of VAS be- tween pre--operation and post--operation in all the cases. The cure effect in the first and last time in follow--up was defined by Nakai standard. Results： VAS in per-- operation, before discharge, 3 months after operation and last follow-- up was 7.9 ± 1.6 , 2.9 ± 1.4,1.9 ± 1. 9,2.4 ± 1.5. There is a significant difference in VAS between per--operation and before discharge, 3 months after operation and last follow --up（P〈0.05）. H owere, there is no significant difference between the there time follow--up（P〉0.05）. The excellent and good rates were 247 cases and 36 cases respectively and theelinical success rate of the patients was 92.5 % Conclusion：Multi--angle arthoscop is an safe and effective method for treating lumber disc hermination, the technique and surgery indication should be underlined.
