摘 要: | 肌卫星细胞是具有增殖和分化能力的干细胞,在骨骼肌损伤后可以激活生成成肌细胞,进而分化为肌细胞。在调节卫星细胞增殖的内源性因子中,MyoD、IGF-l及bFGF是参与肌肉发生过程分子调控、启动和维持骨骼肌细胞生长发育的重要基因。而推拿手法可使卫星细胞大量增殖,生肌调控因子的表达增加,从而促进骨骼肌损伤修复。

Abstract: | Satellite Cell is a kind stem cell capable of proliferate and differentiate. It is activated and differentiated into skeletomuscular cell when skeletal muscle is injured. Among all endogenic regulatory factors related to satellite cell proliferation,MyoD,IGF-1 and bFGF are the crucial genes that can activate, regulate and sustain the growth of skeletomuscular cell in the process of muscular regeneration. Tuina will stimulate the satellite cell to proliferate,increase the expression of myogenic regulatory factors and thus accelerate muscular regeneration process. |
