乳房穴位按摩对剖宫产术后乳汁分泌的影响

目的：评价疏通经络,穴位按摩促进母乳分泌的疗效,为临床开展此项治疗方法提供依据.方法：将406例剖宫产术后产妇随机分为观察组200例,对照组206例.观察组于术后24小时开始行疏通经络,穴位按摩,摩揉抓抖乳房和辅助哺乳,对照组行剖宫产术后常规护理及母乳喂养指导.结果：观察组比对照组泌乳始动时间明显缩短,乳汁分泌显效情况观察组优于对照组,两组比较均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：剖宫产术后疏通经络,穴位按摩可缩短泌乳的始动时间,促进乳汁的分泌,改善剖宫产术后乳房胀痛,是一种简单、经济,且行之有效的提高母乳喂养成功率的治疗方法,值得临床推广和应用.

Breast massage after cesarean section on the impact of milk secretion

Objective： To evaluate the dredge meridians,acupoints massage to promote milk secretion effect, for clinical development of this treatment method provides a basis. Methods： 406 cases of parturient after cesarean section were randomly divided into the observation group 200 cases,206 cases of the control group. Conclusion： After cesarean section to clear the meridians, acupuncture point massage can shorten the starting time of lactation, promote the secretion of milk, improved cesarean section after breast distending pain,is a simple, economic and ef- fective, improve the success rate of breast feeding method of treatment, is worth the clinical promotion and application of.
