浅谈饮食对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者早期肾病影响的观察

糖尿病肾病是让糖尿病患者避之不及的并发症，很多患者都知道它的可怕，但还是无法避免，是糖尿病（DM）致残、致死的重要因素。为观察不同蛋白质饮食对NIDDM早期肾病的影响，本文对NIDDM患者分别给予优质蛋白及植物蛋白为主的饮食治疗，观察尿微量白蛋白排泄率、空腹血糖的变化，探讨蛋白质饮食对NIDDM患者早期DN的影响。
