37例急性会厌炎的临床诊疗分析

目的：分析急性会厌炎的临床特点，探讨布地奈德吸入法对急性会厌炎的临床治疗效果。方法：选择37例我院急性会厌炎患者，随机分成观察组（19例）和对照组（18例）。所有患者均给予抗生素、激素、补充水电解质等常规综合治疗。观察组在常规治疗基础上给予雾化吸入布地奈德治疗。结果：两组患者在性别、年龄方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组患者治愈13倒，治愈率为68．4％，对照组患者有4例治疗无效，无效率为22．2％，观察组未见无效病例，两组治愈率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组2例患者治疗后血糖升高，不良反应发生率为10．5％，对照组1例患者中出现血压升高，另有1例患者在治疗后出现恶心、呕吐，不良反应发生率为11．1％，两组不良反应发生率相比差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：雾化吸入布地奈德治疗急性会厌炎，起效快，全身副作用小，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Analysis about clinical treatment of 37 cases of acute epiglottitis

Objective .. By analysing the clinical features of acute epiglottitis, to investigate Budesonide in the treatment. Methods： Selected the 37 cases of acute epiglottitis in our hospital who were randomly divided into observation group （19 cases） and control group （18 cases）. All patients were given antibiotics, hormones, and other conventional water and electrolyte supplement comprehen,;ive treatment. Observed group were given budesonide inhalation therapy under the conventional therapy. Results：There were no statistically significant （P〉 0.05） in sex, age between the two groups; the observation group were cured in 13 cases, the cure rate was 68.4% in the control group, 4 cases were ineffective treatment, invalid rate was 22.2% in the observation group did not see valid cases, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; After treatment ,in observation group 2 patients had blood sugar, adverse reactions was 10.5%, control group 1 patients, elevated blood pressure , and 1 patient in the treatment of nausea, vomiting, adverse reactions was 11.1%, the incidence of adverse reactions compared two groups no statis＇tically significant difference （P〉 0.05）. Conelusion：Budesonide inhalation treatment of acute epiglottitis, act rapidly ,systemic side effects, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
