法莫替丁联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡临床疗效观察

目的：观察法莫替丁联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的疗效和不良反应。方法：选择2007年2月～2010年3月胃溃疡患者84例，随机分为两组：法莫替丁联合奥美拉唑组（治疗组）和奥美拉唑组（对照组）。服药四周后胃镜检查评价胃粘膜的改善情况并根据调查表评价患者的临床症状缓解情况。结果：两组患者在溃疡愈合率和有效率方面存在明显差异（P〈0．05），法莫替丁联合奥美拉唑组无论在愈合率（72．3％）还是在有效率（94％）方面均高于奥美拉唑组（54％，79％）。治疗组患者平均药品费用在510±175元；观察组患者平均药品费用在1200±232元，两组患者在药品费用上存在显著差别（P〈0．05）。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论：与单独应用奥美拉唑比较，法莫替丁联合奥美拉唑能有效改善患者的临床症状，提高胃溃疡的治愈率且更为经济。

Famotidine combined with omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer clinical curative effect observation

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with famotidine in treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods：84 patients were randomly divided into omeprazole combined with famotidine group （treatment group） and omeprazole group （control group）. Results： Compared with the control group, the ulcer healing rates and efficient rate in treatment group had statistically significant difference （p〈0. 05）. Both groups didn＇t have obvious side effects. Conclusion：Compared with omeprazole, omeprazole combined with famotidine in patients with gastric ulcer improved the clinical symptoms of the patients and promoted the cure rate of the gastric ulcer.
