社区干预对老年高血压病病人降压效果的影响分析

目的：探讨社区干预对老年高血压病病人降压效果的影响。方法：选择120倒老年高血压病病人，随机分成观察组和对照组各60例，两组采用相同的药物控制，同时观察组给予社区干预，对照组给予常规护理，疗程一个月，对比观察降压效果。结果：经社区干预后，观察组的降压效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：执行社区干预对控制老年人的高血压有较大作用，值得·临床推广应用。

Community intervention in elderly patients with hypertension, the antihypertensive effect of the impact analysis

Objective： To evaluate community interventions in elderly patients with hypertension antihypertensive effeet. Methods： 120eases of elderly patients with hypertension, were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, two groups using the same drug control, while observing the group received community intervention, control group received routine care, treatment for a month, compared to observe the antihypertensive effect. Results：The community intervention, the antihypertensive effect of the observation group than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The implementation of the Community intervention on hypertension control of older people have a greater role, is worthy of clinical application.
