重视与静脉留置患儿家属的换位思考

目的：重视与静脉留置患儿家属的换位思考,减少护患矛盾.方法：入院后在给患儿静脉留置的不同操作阶段,分别采取换位思考的方式与家属沟通.结果：家属对穿刺失败能理解,没有因此引起护理投诉或护患纠纷.结论：运用换位思考不仅可以使护士主动转变护理服务理念,增强服务意识,而且能使护患关系得到和谐发展.
