苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合卡维地洛对原发性高血压患者降压作用的影响

目的：探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合卡维地洛对原发性高血压患者降压作用的影响。方法：2008年11月至2010年11月我院收治住院的100例原发性高血压患者，随机分为观察组和对照组两组，每组各50例，两组均予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平2．5mg，每日1次，卡维地洛10mg，每日2次。对照组单用苯磺酸氨氯地平5mg，1次／日，口服。4周为1个疗程。共8周。比较两组的降压效果及疗效。结果：观察组治疗后收缩压与舒张压均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组总有效率为94．0％，对照组总有效率80．0％。治疗后观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合卡维地洛对原发性高血压患者降压作用明显，疗效确切，安全性好，值得推广。

Levoamlodipine besylate combined with carvedilol in patients with essential hypertension antihypertensive effect

ObjectiveTo explore the combined amlodipine besylate L carvedilol in patients with essential hypertension antihyper- tensive effects. Methods.. From November 2008 to November 2010 our hospital 100 cases of hospitalized patients with essential hypertension, were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, n = 50 patients, two groups herein are acid L--amlodipine 2.5 mg, 1 day, carvedilol 10 mg, twice daily. The control group alone amlodipine besylate 5 rag, 1 times / day, orally. 4 weeks for a course of treatment. 8 weeks. Two groups were compared the antihypertensive effect and efficacy. Results.. Observed after treat- ment group were significantly lower than systolic and diastolic blood pressure control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Total effective rate was 94.0% in the control group, the total efficiency of 80. 0%. After treatment group was sig- nificantly higher efficiency, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. ConclnsionCombined amlodipine besylate L carve- dilol for significant antihypertensive effect in patients with essential hypertension, efficacy, safety, and worthy of promotion.
