冠心病心血管介入治疗的护理干预

目的：探讨护理干预对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗病人中的临床效果。方法：选择2010年1月-2011年1月间进行介入治疗的病人62例，随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组给予护理干预措施，对照组给予常规护理。对两组病人的生理、心理因素进行测评和满意度调查，观察其效果并进行评价。结果：生理、心理平均分比较，实验组明显低于对照组（P〈0．01），而满意度比较，实验组则显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：护理干预可明显提高经皮冠状动脉介入治疗病人的满意度，有利于病人的身心健康，提高病人的治愈率。

Cardiovascular interventional therapy and nursing intervention of coronary heart disease

Objective .. To explore the nursing intervention for percutaneous coronary intervention in a patient＇s clinical effect. Methods：In 2010 January - 2011 January between interventional therapy in 62 patients, randomly divided into test group and control group. Experimental group received nursing intervention, the control group was given routine nursing care. On two groups of the patient＇s physiological, psychological factor to carry on the evaluation and satisfaction survey, observation and evaluation of its effect. Results： Physiological, psychological average comparison, the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈 0. 01）, and satisfaction, the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：Nursing intervention can obviously improve the percutaneous coronary artery interventional therapy patient satisfaction, is conducive to the physical and mental health of patients, improve the cure rate of the patients.
