| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中老年妇女腰椎和髋部骨矿物质密度（BMD）的影响因素，以及不同测量部位的骨质疏松症（OP）检出率，为本市诊断和预防OP提供科学的参考。方法对南昌大学第二附属医院骨密度测定室检测的门诊和住院患者中随机抽取297例中老年妇女，采用双能X线骨密度吸收测定仪（DEXA）检测腰椎（L2-L4）、股骨颈、Ward’s三角以及大转子的BMD，并进行统计分析。结果各部位BMD均随年龄的增加而下降，尤以Ward’s三角下降最为明显。低体重指数组与超体重指数组比较，髋部各部位BMD差别有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。腰椎（L2-L4）BMD与身高、体重指数呈正相关（P〈0.05），髋部各部位BMD值均与身高、体重及体重指数呈正相关（P〈0．01）。腰椎为中老年妇女OP检出率最高部位，其次为Ward’s三角。结论各部位骨密度均随年龄增加而下降，髋部BMD与身高、体重及体重指数呈正相关，腰椎和Ward’s三角可能为诊断OP敏感部位。
