刺络放血配合火罐治疗带状疱疹神经痛的效果与护理

目的 比较刺络放血配合火罐和氦氖激光治疗带状疮疹神经痛和促进皮疹痊愈的效果.方法 将102例带状疱疹患者随机分为刺络放血配合火罐治疗组（31例）、氦氖激光治疗组（34例）和常规治疗组（37例）,3组患者均接受抗病毒药、神经营养药治疗和局部护理等,刺络放血配合火罐治疗组在此基础上采用刺络放血,并用火罐治疗;氦氖激光治疗组用氦氖激光治疗仪对局部皮疹进行照射.比较3组效果.结果 刺络放血治疗组患者治疗6 d内痊愈率达100%.氦氖激光治疗组6d的好转率为79.41%,10 d的好转率85.29%.常规治疗组6 d的好转率为62.16%,10 d的好转率67.57%.刺络放血治疗组6 d有效率优于氦氖激光治疗组和常规治疗组（P＜0.05）,10 d有效率仍优于常规治疗组,与氦氖激光治疗组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 刺络放血配合火罐法治疗带状疱疹神经痛疗效明显,优于氦氖激光治疗组和常规治疗组,值得临床推广应用.

Effect and nursing on neuralgia in patients with herpes zoster treated by bloodletting combined cupping

Objective To compare to the effect on neuralgia in patients with herpes zoster treated by blood-letting combined cupping and He-Ne laser. Methods 102 patients with herpes zoster were divided into three groups: blood-letting combined cupping treating group ( 31 cases) , He-Ne laser treating group (34 cases) and regularly treating group (37 cases). All individuals were treated with antiviral agents, nerve cell nutrition and local wound care. Blood-letting combined cupping and He-Ne laser were used in two treating groups respectively. Results All 31 cases ( 100% ) in blood-letting combined cupping group were cured before 6 days. 79.41% was effective before 6 days, 85.29% was effective before 10 days in He-Ne laser treating group, 4 cases were cured in He-Ne laser treating group.62. 16% was effective before 6 days, 67.57% was effective before 10 days in regularly treating group.There were significant difference between blood-letting combined cupping treating group and He-Ne laser treating group before 6 days or control group before 10 days ( P ＜ 0. 05). However, no significant difference was found between blood-letting combined cupping treating group and He-Ne laser treating group before 10 days ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Conclusions Blood-letting combined cupping was the most effective treating method on neuralgia in patients with herpes zoster. It is worthy of clinical application.
