摘    要:教学质量是医学教育的生命线。实行教学督导制度,是学校依靠专家治学,提高教学质量的有效途径之一,也是提高管理水平的一项重要手段。督导组通过课堂听课,实验检查,调研观摩等对教学过程进行督导和评估,对强化教学意识、培养和提高青年教师的教学水平,推动教学方法、教学手段改革,提高教学质量都有促进作用,并取得一定的成绩。

Abstract:The quality of teaching is the lifeline of medical education.To implement the teaching supervision system is not only one of the effective ways for universities to run the school with the help of specialists and raise teaching quality,but also an important method to improve the administration.The supervision group supervises and evaluates the teaching process by listening to lectures, experiment inspection as well as investigation and observation.This has played an active role and to some degree has made achievements in enforcing teaching awareness,improving the teaching level of young teachers,promoting reforms in teaching methods and means,and improving the quality of teaching.
