益肺通络方对血瘀大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的:观察益肺通络方对血瘀证模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法采用皮下注射肾上腺素加冷水冰浴制备血瘀证大鼠模型,观察益肺通络方对血瘀证模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果与模型组比较,益肺通络方可以显著降低血瘀证模型大鼠高、低切变率全血黏度(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),降低血浆黏度(P〈0.05),可降低全血高切相对指数、全血低切相对指数和卡松黏度(P〈0.05)。结论益肺通络方对血瘀证模型大鼠血液流变学具有改善作用。

Effect of Yifei Tongluo Fang on Haemorheology in Blood Stasis Rats

Abstract:To investigate effect of Yifei Tongluo Fang on haemorheology of blood stasis rats. Meth-ods The blood stasis rats model was prepared by subcutaneously injection of adrenaline and ice bath. The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the model rats were determined after Yifei Tongluo Fang intervention. Re-sults Compared with model group, the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the model rats were signifi-cantly reduced(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),and the relative index of whole blood high shear rate and low shear rate were also decreased (P〈0.05),so as the Casson viscosity (P〈0.05). Conclusion Yifei Tongluo Fang has protective effect on haemorheology in blood stasis rats.
