| 摘 要： | 观察晚期高位胆管癌患者的门静脉血流改变及其致的肝功能的变化情况。方法对１３例术中活检确诊为晚期不能切除的高位胆管癌患者术前及术后３个月分别多普勒超声检查，检测静脉血流情况，同时检测肝功能，了解静脉血流改变及其所导致的肝功能变化情况。结果晚期高位胆管癌患者的门静脉血流量明显低于正常人，而且随着时间的延长，病情不断加重，门静脉血流量减少，尽管经内引流后总胆红素不断甚至达到正常水平，但是因六 供不足，肝 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of portal vein flow and liver function in advanced cholangicarcinoma patients. Methods\ Thirteen patients with advanced cholangicarcinomas comfirmed by biopsy but found to be as disremoval during operation were included. Doppler ultrasonography was used to measure the portal vein flow before and 3 months after operation. Liver function was also tested at the same time.Results\ There were lower portal vein flows in advanced cholangicarcinoma patients than that of normal persons, which became slower as the disease progressed. Liver function worsened although serum bilirubin had been lowered by internal drainage. Serum albumin was also markedly depressed. Conclusion\ Portal vein flows in advanced cholangicarcinoma patients is slower than that of in normal persons, leading to malnutrition ,such as hypoproteinemia. |
