| 摘 要： | 甘露醇作为渗透性利尿剂是目前国内外治疗急性脑卒中控制脑水肿的最常,用药物，但使用剂量过大，时间达长，可致急性肾功能衰竭（ARF（），本报告了21例因使用甘露醇而致ARF的病例，并对其产生机制及处理进行探讨。
