摘    要:目的:观察淫羊藿及其提取物总黄酮(EF)和多糖(EPS)对大鼠下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺(HPA)轴和细胞免疫(CI)的不同作用。方法:用皮质酮造成大鼠神经内分泌免疫抑制模型。结果:模型大鼠 HPA 轴和 CI 明显受抑。淫羊藿对受抑大鼠的 HPA 轴和 CI 均有不同程度的改善;EF 能明显提高 HPA 轴的分泌,对 CI 影响不大;EPS 能明显提高 CI 的作用,对HPA 轴无明显影响。结论:淫羊藿提取物 EF 及 EPS 对 HPA 轴和 CI 具有不同侧重的调节作用。

Study of Epimedium Flavones and Polysccharides on Pituitary-Adrenal-Immunological Network in Rats

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of epimedium flavones and epimedium polysaceharides on pituitary-adrenal-immunolog- ical network in rats.Methods:An experimental model of neuro-endocrino-immune of rats inhibited by corticosterone (CORT)was established and different effects of epimedium(EP)and its abstract-flavones(EPF)as well as polysaccha- rides(EPS)on hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis and celluar immunity(CI)of CORT-rats were observed.Re- sults:The HPA axis and CI of CORT-rats were inhibited obviously.EP could improve endocrine of HPA axis and CI to different degree.EPF could improve endocrine of HPA axis significantly,but no significant effect on CI was found.EPS could improve CI prominently,while no effect on HPA axis was found.Conclusion:It suggested that the relagution of EPF and EPS laid different emphasis on HPA axis and CI.
