益比奥在血液透析中的51例应用分析

目的 :观察益比奥在维持性血透 (MHD)患者中的疗效及副作用 ,为临床更合理地治疗肾性贫血提供依据。方法 :5 1例维持性血透患者分别在治疗前、治疗后 3个月空腹抽血检测血红蛋白 (Hb)、红细胞压积(Hct)、红细胞计数 (RBC)及血清白蛋白 (Alb) ,并观察生活质量及益比奥的副作用。结果 :5 1例MHD患者治疗后的Hb ,RBC ,Hct均显著升高 ,生活质量明显改善。 2 2例出现基因重组人红细胞生成素 (EPO)相关性高血压 ,3例出现高钾血症 ,2例动静脉内瘘栓塞形成。结论 :益比奥治疗肾性贫血十分有效 ,有助于提高维持性血透患者的生命及生活质量 (QOL)。

ANALYSIS OF EPLAO IN THE 51 HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS

Objective:To observe the curative effects and the side effects of EPIAO in the 51 maintenance hemodialysis patients and provide scientific basis for treatment renal anemia neasonable. Methods:This study included Hemoglobin Level(Hb),hematocrit(Hct), the red cell count (RBC) and albumin(Alb) of were observed before and after the three months observation, and to study the patients' living quality and the EPIAO' side effects.Results:After three months treatment, Hb, Hct etc were significantly higher than before (both P < 0.01) and the living quality was improved patently. In the 51 maintenance hemodialysis patients , 22 cases had hypertension relating Erythropoitin (EPO), and 3 cases had high blood potassium and 2 cases had embolization in the internal arteriovenous fistula.Conclusion:EPIAO is very good for treatment of the renal anemia ,and beneficial to the nmprovability the maintenancehemodialysis patients' life and living quality .At the same time ,we should watch out for the side effects of EPIAO ,such as hoising the blood pressure and increasing the degree of the blood mucosity.
