| 摘 要： | 目的 观察参七胶囊对冠心病患者血浆内皮素和一氧化氮的影响 ,探讨参七胶囊治疗心肌缺血的机制。方法 6 0例冠心病患者随机分为 2组 ,对照组 30例应用长效异乐定和肠溶阿司匹林治疗 ,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加参七胶囊治疗 ,连续用药 4周。结果 治疗后治疗组临床症状积分、内皮素下降幅度大于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,一氧化氮上升幅度高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 参七胶囊具有调节血浆内皮素和一氧化氮浓度的作用 ,这可能是参七胶囊治疗心肌缺血的机制之一

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi capsule on plasma endothelin and nitric oxide in patients with coronary heart disease, and to explore its action mechanism. Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. The effects of Shenqi capsule on plasma endothelin and nitric oxide were observed. Results Shenqi capsule could significantly decrease plasma ET levels and increase plasma NO levels(P<0.01).Conclusion Shenqi capsule has the effects of regulating plasma ET and plasma NO levels, which may be one of its action mechanisms that treats ischemic cardiac disease. |
