2009年深圳市6区学龄儿童尿碘检测结果

摘    要:目的了解深圳市6区学龄儿童碘营养水平,从而评价碘摄入情况,为2010消除碘缺乏病提供科学评价依据。方法对每个区按东南西北中5个方位抽取5所学校,全市共抽取30个学校,每个学校20名学生采集尿样进行调查,用砷铈催化分光光度法对尿样进行分析,然后对其结果进行统计分析。结果深圳市学龄前儿童尿碘中位数高于100μg/L,20μg/L的样本占检测样本数的0.83%,50μg/L的占检测样本数的3.00%,100μg/L的样本占总检测样本数的10.3%;5个年龄组、男性和女性学生尿碘结果经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义。结论深圳市学龄儿童碘营养状况良好,达到消除碘缺乏病标准,但碘营养水平偏高,同时部分儿童也存在碘缺乏危险,应根据不同碘营养状况给予不同的营养指导措施。

Abstract:[Objective]To study iodine nutrition levels of school-age children in 6 District of Shenzhen City so as to assess iodine intake,and provide scientific evidence for elimination of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) in 2010.[Methods]The urine samples of each student group (20 students) aged 7-11 years old from 30 primary schools located in 5 different direction of 6 districts were detected with As3+-Ce4+ catalytic spectrophotometery,and the results were statistically analyzed.[Results]The median of urinary iodine of school-age children in Shenzhen City was more than100 μg/L. The percentage of urinary iodine20 μg/L or 50 μg/L was 0.83% and 3.00%,respectively. The percentage of urinary iodine100 μg/L was 10.3%. There was no significant difference between 5 age groups and between different gender groups.[Conclusion]The iodine nutrition levels of school-age children in Shenzhen City are satisfactory,which meet the standards of elimination of IDD. But the situation of high levels of iodine nutrition and risk of iodine deficiency among children coexist. Therefore,different nutrition guidance measures should be taken according to different iodine nutrition levels.
