| 摘 要： | 目的 通过建立乙胺碘呋酬诱发的静脉炎实验模型，探讨乙胺碘呋酮静脉注射对静脉的损伤特点及护理对策。方法将8只健康新西兰成年兔，经耳缘静脉注射乙胺碘呋酮制成静脉炎实验模型。采用不同方法进行护理，分为马铃薯组、元明粉组、热敷组和对照组，3d后取标本行常规病理切片，观察各组大体形态及组织学形态。结果对照组血管内皮细胞破坏明显，血管腔内血栓形成，血管周围纤维明显增生，有大量炎性细胞浸润，皮下层有水肿；马铃薯组、元明粉组以及热敷组血管壁损害和周围炎症渗出与对照组比较，有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论乙胺碘呋酮可以诱发兔静脉炎，使用马铃薯片贴敷、元明粉湿敷或热敷护理可减轻血管壁损害及周围炎症程度。
