补血益肾资生汤治疗白细胞减少症58例疗效观察

目的：观察补血益肾资生汤治疗白细胞减少症的疗效。方法：将103例患者按随机方法分为2组，治疗组58例运用自拟补血益肾资生汤(白芍、枸杞子、淫羊藿、补骨脂、熟地黄、鸡血藤、黄芪、益母草、当归、虎枚、炙甘草)治疗：对照组45例应用利血生、鲨肝醇治疗。观察2组治疗前后白细胞数并比较治疗。结果：近期总有效率治疗组为91．4％，对照组62．2％；临床治愈患者远期总有效率治疗组为89．1％，对照组52．0％，差异均有显著性意义(P＜0．05)。2组治疗前后白细胞计数比较，差异均有显著性意义(P＜0．05)；2组治疗后白细胞计数比较，差异有显著性意义(P＜0．05)。结论：补血益肾资生汤治疗白细胞减少症有明显疗效。

Treatment of Leukopenia by Buxue Yishen Zisheng Tang: A Clinical Observation of 58 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Buxue Yishen Zisheng Tang (BYZT) for leukopenia (LP) . Methods: 103 cases of LP were allocated to two groups randomly, the treatment group (58 cases) treated by BYZT (composed of Radix Paeoniae Alba, Fructus Lycii, Herba Epimedii, Fructus Psoraleae, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Caulis Spatholobi, Radix Astragali, Herba Leonuri, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati and Radix Astragali, Herba Leonuri, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) and the control group (45 cases) treated by leucogen and batilol. The leukocyte counts were observed before and after treatment in both groups and the curative effects were compared. Results: The short - term total effective rate was 91. 4% and 62. 2% and long - term effective rate was 89. 1% and 52. 0% respectively in treatment group and control group ( P < 0. 05) . The leukocyte count before and after treatment showed significant difference ( P < 0. 05) in both groups, and that after treatment showed significant difference ( P < 0. 05) between two groups.
