摘    要:目的:探讨食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell cancer,ESCC)中miRNAs的作用.方法:利用基因芯片来分析ESCC和正常组织间的miRNAs和mRNA的表达差异;为了研究差异miRNA功能,参考基因mRNA表达数据来分析miRNA靶基因和调节基因.结果:得到了8个差异的miRNA和1178个差异的mRNA.8个miRNA具有142个靶基因,137个基因被miRNA具有转录因子活性的靶基因调节.其中,53个基因参与KEGG信号通路,14个基因与BioCarta通路相关,137个基因发生相互作用,构成433边的相互作用网络.结论:miRNA的调节功能异常可能是导致ESCC基因表达失常的原因,8个miRNA和受他们调节的基因组成一个相互调节网络,并在ESCC中发挥重要作用.
