摘    要:目的:观察艾灸足三里等穴对脾虚大鼠一般症状积分、空肠组织线粒体结构、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)含量及其亚基蛋白COX Ⅰ表达的影响,探讨艾灸温补脾胃改善脾虚证的作用机制.方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为4组:A空白对照组,B脾虚模型组,C艾灸穴位组(脾虚+艾条温和灸组),D中药对照组(脾虚+四君子汤组...
