儿科门诊护士遭受工作场所暴力现状及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的:了解儿科门诊护士遭受工作场所暴力现状及影响因素,为进行儿科门诊护士工作场所暴力的预防及干预提供一定参考。方法:采用工作场所暴力调查问卷,对济南市10家综合性三级医院的166名儿科门诊护士进行调查。结果:166名调查对象中,有123(74.1%)名护士在1年之内遭受工作场所暴力,其中以心理暴力为主(99.2%);对护士技术不满意(65.9%)、候诊时间太长(43.9%)、不合理要求被拒绝(43.9%)是儿科门诊发生暴力的主要原因。Logistic回归结果显示有无孩子、是否值夜班、工作满意度是儿科门诊护士工作场所暴力的影响因素。结论:儿科门诊工作场所暴力的发生率相对较高,且对护士的身心产生不良影响,医院应针对儿科门诊工作特点采取相应预防及应对措施,提高护士应对工作场所暴力的能力。

The prevalence and influencing factors of workplace violence against nurses in pediatric outpatient department

Abstract:Objective: To explore the workplace violence of nurses in pediatric outpatient department and the influencing factors so as to provide reference for the intervention measures. Methods: A total of 166 staff nurses in pediatric outpatient department from 10 Grade-Ⅲ general hospitals in Jinan were investigated with Hospital Workplace Violence Questionnaire. Results: Of the 166 respondent, 123(74.1%) nurses had been subjected to workplace violence during the past 12 months, psychological violence occupy 99.2%. Be not satisfied with nurses skill(65.9%), waiting long time(43.9%),unreasonable demands to be rejected(43.9%) were the major causes for workplace violence. Logistic regression indicated child, night work, job satisfaction were the influential factors of workplace violence. Conclusion: Workplace violence is higher in pediatric outpatient department, which may cause serious psychological damage, the administrators should take effective measures to prevent and control workplace violence, improve the ability of nurse to deal with it.
