摘    要:目的建立小儿麻甘颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定含量,Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(45∶55,v/v),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:254nm,柱温:30℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱在1.7248~21.56μg.mL-1(r=0.9998,n=6)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;样品在24h内基本稳定;平均加样回收率为99.0%,RSD=1.1%(n=6)。结论本测定方法简便、快捷、准确,为小儿麻甘颗粒质量评价提供依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the content determination of Ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaoermagan particles.METHODS The determination was performed by HPLC using Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column,the mobile phase was methanol-water(45∶55,v/v/)at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS The linear range was 1.7248~21.56μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8,n=6);Sample was stable within 24h;The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 99.0%,and RSD was 1.1%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reliable for analysis of Ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaoermagan particles.
