葡萄糖酸钙、维生素K1联合奥美拉唑与单独给予奥美拉唑治疗消化道出血的疗效及安全性比较

目的探讨葡萄糖酸钙、维生素K1联合奥美拉唑与单独给予奥美拉唑治疗消化道出血的疗效及安全性比较。方法回顾分析我院收治的180例消化道出血患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组单独给予奥美拉唑,观察组给予萄糖酸钙、维生素K1联合奥美拉唑,观察两组患者的临床疗效及安全性比较。结果治疗后观察组患者的总有效率为97.78%明显高于对照组的90.00%(χ2=4.74,P<0.05);各临床症状的缓解时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无严重的不良反应发生,观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组,但两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论应用葡萄糖酸钙、维生素K1联合奥美拉唑治疗消化道出血疗效显著,能更好的发挥止血作用,且不良反应少、发生率低,适宜临床广泛应用。

The efficacy and safety comparison of calcium gluconate, vitamin K1 compared with omeprazole and omeprazole given alone for treating with gastrointestinal bleeding

OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy and safety comparison of calcium gluconate,vitaminK1 compared with omeprazole and omeprazole given alone for treating with gastrointestinal bleeding.METHODS 180 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group in our hospital,and each group had 90 cases.The control group was given omeprazole alone while the observation group was treated with calcium gluconate,vitamin K1 and omeprazole,the clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.RESULTS After the treatment,the total effective rate was 97.78% in the observation group significantly higher than 90.00% of the control group（χ2=4.74,P0.05）;the clinical symptoms remission time were significantly shorter than the control group（P0.05）;There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than the control group,but there were no significant differences（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Calcium Gluconate,Vitamin K1 and calcium gluconate is effective for treating with gastrointestinal bleeding;it has better hemostatic effect,fewer adverse reactions,and low incidence of adverse reactions,which should be widely used in clinical.
