摘    要:目的 研究蒲葵子Livistona chinesis的化学成分.方法 应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构.结果 从蒲葵子的70%乙醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为:苜蓿素(1),棕榈酸(2),油酸(3),十六碳酸乙酯(4),亚油酸乙酯(5),十六烯酸乙酯(6),菜油甾醇(7),胆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8),荭草苷(9),异荭草苷(10),牡荆素(11),异牡荆素(12),异鼠李素-3-O-β-葡萄糖苷(13),谷甾醇(14),豆甾醇(15).结论 化合物4、6、8~13为首次从蒲葵子中分离得到,9、11、12为首次从棕榈科植物中分离得到.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the seed of Livistona chinesis.METHODS The chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques were used to isolate and identify the constituents.Their structure were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical and spectral analysis.RESLUTS Fifteen compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of the seed of Livistona chinesis,and their structures were elucidated as tricin(1),hexadecanoic acid(2),oleic acid(3),hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester(4),ethyl linoleate(5),hexadecenoic acid ethyl ester(6),campesterol(7),cholesteryl-3-O-β-D-glucoside(8),orientin(9),isoorientin(10),vitexin(11),isovitexin(12),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-glucoside(13),β-sitosterol(14),stigmasterol(15),respectively.CONCLUSION Compounds 4,6,8-13 were isolated from the Livistona chinesis for the first time,and compounds 9,11,12 were isolated from Palmae for the first time.
