| 摘 要： | 目的了解CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在HLA-B27阳性患者外周血中的表达水平及其对患者细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响。方法用流式细胞仪采用直接免疫荧光法测定37例HLA-B27阳性患者和20例健康对照者外周血淋巴细胞表面CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD19+及CD4+CD25+细胞的表达情况。用颗粒增强散射免疫比浊法测定血清中免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA和IgM的水平。结果 (1)HLA-B27阳性患者CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD19+细胞较正常对照组显著增高(P0.05),CD3+CD8+细胞较正常对照组显著降低(P0.05);(2)HLA-B27阳性患者CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞较对照组显著降低(P0.01);(3)HLA-B27阳性患者血清中2种免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA的水平均较对照组显著增高(P0.05)。结论 CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞数量明显减少,对CD4+和CD8+T细胞活化和增殖的抑制能力下降,是HLA-B27阳性患者体内细胞免疫和体液免疫亢进的原因之一。
