脾不统血证大鼠模型子宫内膜细胞凋亡及细胞周期的研究

摘    要:观察比较泻下加劳倦的脾气虚证模型、出血因素、两者复合的脾不统血证模型和卵巢摘除各组大鼠卵巢、子宫重量和子宫内膜细胞凋亡及细胞周期的变化,以及益气止血中药对卵巢摘除组的影响.结果表明,复合因素的脾不统血证模型卵巢、子宫重量的下降较脾气虚模型显著,细胞周期中G1期细胞较正常组显著增多,而中药治疗组G1期细胞显著减少,S期、G2期增多,说明益气止血中药能促进子宫内膜细胞的增殖.

Abstract:The changes in the weights of ovary and uterus, and the changes in the apoptosis and cell cycle of the endometrium, were observed in the rats in the groups of deficiency of splenic qi (DSQ), bleeding factors, spleen's failing to control the blood (SFCB), and ovary excision; and at the same time, the effects of TCM drugs for benefiting qi and arresting bleeding on rats in the ovary excision group were tested. The results showed that the weights of ovary and uterus in the SFCB group decreased more obviously than those in the DSQ group, and the cells in the G 1 phase of the cell cycle in the SRCB group were much more than those in the normal rats. The results also showed that in the TCM drug treating group, there was a marked decrease of the cells in the G 1 phase while there was an increase of the cells in the S and G 1 phases, which suggests that TCM drugs for benefiting qi and arresting bleeding could promote the proliferation of endometrium cells.
