| 摘 要： | 目的：对中心静脉导管（CVC）相关感染（CRU阳性结果进行细菌耐药性及菌群分布分析，探讨防治CRI的措施。方法：对300例患者的中心静脉导管尖端进行细菌培养。结果：CR135例（16．1％）；病原菌分布：革兰阳性球菌〉革兰阴性杆菌〉真菌。结论：CVC是重要的感染途径，留置〉6d感染率明显增高。

| Abstract: | Objective:Tothe central venous Catheter (CVC)-related infections (CRI) pasitive results of bacterial resistance and flora distribution analysis,prevention and treatment of CRI measures.Methods:300 cases of patients with central venous catheter tip to bacterial culture.Results:GRI35 cases (16.1%);pathogens Distribution:Gram-positive cocci>Gram-negative bacillus>fungi. Conclusion:CVC is an important means of infection,indwelling>6 d infection rate was higher. |
