渤海湾渔民慢性萎缩性胃炎特点的研究

慢性胃炎是常见病，其发病率居各种胃病之首，而其中之慢性萎缩性胃炎发病率又占慢性胃炎的3％－15％，在胃癌高发区中，慢性萎缩性胃炎的发病率多高于15％。纤维胃镜问世以来，有关慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床特点，治疗研究等已有大量报道，但对具有特殊生活习惯的渔民所患萎缩性胃炎的专题论文则未见到。为更好了解渔民萎缩性胃炎的临床特点，我们通过纤维胃镜检查及经胃镜对胃粘膜活组织病理检查，对渔民萎缩性胃炎患者有关情况进行了研究。结果证明：渔民萎缩性胃炎确与国内文献报道不同，主要特点是萎缩性胃炎检出率高。发病年龄偏低以青壮年多，女性患者多。萎缩程度较重，原发性萎缩性胃炎同时合并其它疾病尤其是慢性十二指肠球炎者多；渔民萎缩性胃炎的上述特点可能与渔民特殊生活习惯有关。

Study the Characteristics of Chronic AtrophicGastritis in Bohai-By Fisherfolk

To demonstrate the characteristics of the chronic atrophic gastritis in BohaiBv fisherfolk. From Dec. 1991 to Jan. 1994 were Studied 736 cases of the fisherfolk with chronic atrophic gastritis with following methods: Asking their disease history ,life habit and physical examination in detail, fihrogastroscopy and pathological examination. results shown thatfinding of gastroLqcopy of chronic atrophic gastritis was severe and complicated. Light atrophy had 63 cases(28. 96%),moderated atrophy had 145 cases (66. 21%), severe atrophy had 11 cases (5. 02%)and moderate plus severe atrophy had all 156 cases of the pathologic examination. The studied reveal: The edctable rate of the chronic atrophic gastritis of the fisherfolk much than from of inland vesidents (occupid 68. 70%of 1070 cases of the examined). Finding of gastroscopy had also severe and complicated. Atroph of moderate plus sever of the pathological examined was much more because the special lift haibt of the fisherfolk seems to be no some from of the inland. All these Suggest:on further study on etiology,prevention,treatment and reduce gastric cancer of the fisherfolk was beneficail.
